Fiberglass & Carbon Fiber
High purity silanes such as JH-A110S, JH-O174S and JH-O187S are widely used for surface treatment of glass fibers and other inorganic fibers due to their excellent water solubility and dispersion properties; Because silanes such as JH-A116, JH-A1161, JH-V171, JH-S1891, JH-A118, JH-A1164, JH-A1165 are also used for surface treatment of glass fibers to enhance different resin plastics.
After being treated with JH-A1165, high polymer materials such as aramid fibers have excellent reinforcement functions for peroxide vulcanization systems such as high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
Carbon fiber is commonly treated with JH-O187S to achieve adhesion with other polymer materials such as epoxy resin and is widely used in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades.
