Silicon-based Inorganic Materials

JH-I10 is the basic material for the preparation of polycrystalline silicon. It is converted into trichlorosilane through the reverse reaction process, making tetrachloride an indirect raw material for polycrystalline silicon.

JH-T28 and JH-T281 can be prepared for many kinds of inorganic silicon-based materials , such as spherical silica, molecular sieve, synthetic quartz, aerogel, solid gel, gel polishing abrasives, etc.

Quartz can be produced by vapor deposition of  JH-I11, and quartz materials are prepared using organic silicon monomers such as D4 through hydrogen oxygen flame sintering.
